PRICES are in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include standard postage rates for worldwide delivery. If you would like express or additional insured postage, then these will be charged as extras. Email us for your extra requirements.

PAYMENT is easiest and quickest using Paypal. UK cheques are acceptable but you will need to allow 4 working days for these funds to clear. Sorry that we are not able to accept foreign cheques.

Do not hesitate to contact us for further information or photographs. We will try to descibe and show all details in full, so that you know exactly what you are buying. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so that you will pass on good feedback and recommend us to your friends!

If not satisfied with you purchase then please send us an email immediately to arrange RETURN of the item for a full refund less postage costs. It is important that returns are insured, as we cannot refund until the item is received. A full refund will of course also be conditional on the item being received back in its original state and without additional damage.

DEFINITIONS used in the text are:

New in Box: Never worn or cleaned.

Good condition: Nearly new or like new. May have been cleaned but still has plump hems and fresh appearance. Removal of care label will be noted in the text.

Used: Has been worn and may have minor stains or thread pulls. Any significant damage will be mentioned in the text and with additional photographs. May have a softer feel from cleaning. Overall condition is still good.

Vintage: Normally reserved for older scarves. Some may have been worn and may show some damage. Again all significant damage will be noted.

PRIVACY is important to everyone. We will not pass on any personal data or information about our purchasers to any other third party.
